Set up postbacks in Singular. Pushwoosh then stores the attribution data as tags and events you can use in segments and campaigns. You need the Singular SDK in your app and your Pushwoosh Application Code and API Access Token.
- In Singular, create a partner link: Attribution Setup → Manage Links, Link Type → Partner, Source Name → Pushwoosh, then click Generate.
- Go to Partner Configuration and create or edit a configuration.
- Enter your Pushwoosh Application Code and API Access Token (Settings → API Access).
- In Attribution Postbacks, select Install and/or Re-engagement.
- On the In app Events Postback tab, add the events Pushwoosh should receive.
- Save the configuration.
What Pushwoosh receives:
- Tags on the matched device: OS Version, Application Version, Device Model, Country, City.
- One event on the user profile: the Singular event name, or
Singular Attribution Eventfor install and attribution postbacks without a name. Campaign, creative, and revenue data arrive as event attributes.
Pushwoosh matches the postback to a device by IDFV on iOS, or GAID, AIFA, or Android ID on Android. If no device matches, the postback isn't applied. To verify, open Audience → Events or the user's Events history in User Explorer.
To attribute push opens in Singular, paste the Singular Click-through tracking link into On-click actions → Deep link or URL of a push preset.
