How do I use my Canva designs in Pushwoosh?

Connect Canva to the Media storage. Then you can import designs as images, edit stored images in Canva, or start a new design sized for a push, in-app, or email image.

Connect: go to Settings > 3rd-party integrations and click Connect on the Canva card, or click Import from Canva → Connect Canva in Content > Media storage. Each Pushwoosh user connects their own Canva account and sees only their own designs.

Import a design:

1. In Content > Media storage, click Import from Canva.
2. Pick the design and up to 10 pages.
3. Choose PNG or JPG and click Import. Stay on the page until it finishes.

Edit an image: click the Edit in Canva icon on any image. When done, click the Return to button in Canva's top bar within 24 hours, or your changes stay only in Canva. The edit is saved as a new version with its own URL. Content that uses the old URL keeps showing the old version, so update the URL where needed.

Create a new design: click Create in Canva and pick Push big picture · 1024×512, In-app / Rich Media · 1080×1920, or Email header · 600×300.

Images follow the Media storage limits: up to 10 MB and 25 megapixels. You need the Modify applications permission.
