Use a Condition split with a relative date, so each user is checked against their own date instead of one calendar date for everyone.
Date event attribute:
- Select Event as the condition type and choose the event in Event from Journey.
- Under Attribute, select a Date attribute. A Date frame dropdown appears next to it.
- Choose
Days agoorDays aheadinstead ofSpecific date. - Pick the condition and enter day counts instead of a date:
- Days ago offers
less or eq,is,greater or eq, andbetween. - Days ahead offers only
between, with two day counts (for example,10and15for "10 to 15 days ahead").
Switching Date frame resets the condition and any branches you added. Changing the attribute resets Date frame back to Specific date.
Date tag: with Tag as the condition type, the Condition dropdown for Date tags offers relative and anniversary conditions such as days ago, between N and M days ahead, and anniversary is in N days. Anniversary conditions allow up to 2 branches instead of the usual 10.
Users who don't match any branch go to All other users.
