Yes. Create an external segment of the Google Analytics 4 audience type. It takes its users from an audience you built in Google Analytics, so no query is needed.
On the Google side (your developer or Google Cloud admin):
- Prepare a service account and its JSON key.
- Enable the Google Analytics Data API and Google Analytics Admin API in its Google Cloud project.
- In Google Analytics, go to Admin → Property access management and add the service account email with the Viewer role.
In Pushwoosh:
- Go to Audience → External Segments and click Create external segment.
- Set Database type to Google Analytics 4 audience.
- Enter the GA4 property ID and paste the Service account JSON.
- Click Load audiences, choose the Audience, click Check connection, then Create.
The segment appears in Audience → Segments under the same name, ready to use as a campaign or journey audience.
How fresh is it? Google Analytics updates audience membership about once a day. Pushwoosh uses data under 24 hours old as is, refreshes it in the background after 24 hours, and waits for a refresh after 72 hours. If the segment hasn't been used for more than a day, calculate its size some time before the send so the send uses fresher data.
