How do I send every new article from my news feed as a push or inbox message automatically?

Create a feed campaign. It watches one of your news feeds (RSS or Atom) and sends each new item the next time Pushwoosh checks the feed, so you set it up once and no manual sends are needed. Each message is built from the item's title, description, image, and link.

1. Go to Campaigns → Feed campaigns and click Create campaign.
2. On the Content step, pick the Feed (or click Create new to register one) and a Category, or keep All categories.
3. Under How should we send new items?, choose Push, Inbox, or Push and Inbox. For inbox messages, set Remove from inbox after (1 to 365 days).
4. On the Audience step, choose Send to segment or Send to all subscribers.
5. On the Settings step, choose what happens when several items appear at once: Send only the newest (default) or up to 2, 3, or 5 items, one per minute.
6. On Review, click Launch campaign and enter a Campaign name.

Things to know:

• Only items picked up after launch are sent. Items already in the feed are not.
• Feed campaigns bypass frequency capping. With a busy feed, narrow the campaign with Category and keep Send only the newest.
• Inbox and Push and Inbox need Message Inbox set up in your app or website.
• To pause sending, use Deactivate… in the row menu instead of deleting the campaign.
