The Select languages window lists only the languages your app's devices use, plus any already in the preset. To add a language before you launch in a new country:
- At the top of the push preset editor, click Plus next to the language dropdown. If the preset already has more than one language, open the language dropdown and select Choose languages… instead.
- In the Select languages window, select Include languages without devices.
- Select the language. To find it, type its name or its language code, for example
jaorzh-hans. - Click Apply.
Then fill in the title and text for the new language. Users whose device language matches get that version; everyone else gets the default content.
Good to know: the device count next to each language includes only devices on platforms that receive push notifications. Language values set through user-level tags aren't tied to a device platform, so they don't appear in this list.
