While the search field is empty, User Explorer shows two tabs under the search bar:
- Recent devices (opens by default): up to 10 of the most recent devices that registered in this application in the last 7 days, newest first. Each row shows User ID, HWID, Platform, and Registered. Click a User ID to open the profile. For an anonymous user, the User ID column shows the HWID.
- Test devices: the application's test devices, 10 per page, with Device name, HWID, Platform, and Date added. Click a device name to open the profile of the user it belongs to.
Things to know:
- The Recent devices list loads when you open User Explorer. Refresh the page to see devices that registered after that. If none registered in the last 7 days, the tab shows No devices in the last 7 days.
- A test device name without a link means Pushwoosh has no subscriber with that HWID in this application.
- To add, remove, or search test devices, click Manage test devices in the page header.
Opening User Explorer requires the Personal data permission in your role.
