To find performance metrics like click-through rate (CTR) and unsubscribes for a specific period, use the Project statistics and Dashboards sections in the control panel. The Message history log lists individual messages rather than aggregated rates.
Find average CTR
- Go to Statistics in the control panel and open Project overview (Project statistics).
- In Detailed statistics, choose the period from the dropdown on the top right — today, yesterday, this week, previous week, this month, previous month, or a custom period of up to 90 days.
- Use the platform dropdown on the top right (for example Email or Push) to narrow the data, and read Average CTR.
For a longer history, build a chart in Statistics > Dashboards with the Push CTR or Email CTR metric: communication metrics are stored for 1 year at hourly aggregation and without a limit at daily aggregation.
Find unsubscribes
- Go to Statistics > Dashboards and open or create a dashboard.
- Add a chart with the Email Unsubscribes metric (recipients who followed the Unsubscribe link) or Push Disables (users who turned push notifications off), and set the date range to your reporting period.
- There is no ready-made unsubscribe-rate metric. To get the percentage, add Email Sends (or Push Sends) to the same dashboard and divide the unsubscribes by the sends.
