To find performance metrics like click-through rate (CTR) and unsubscribe rates for a specific time, use the Application statistics and Dashboards sections in the control panel. Do not use the Message history log, which only shows recent message deliveries.
Find average CTR
- Go to Statistics in the control panel and select Application statistics.
- Set the date range filter for the period you want to check.
- Select the platform filter, such as Email or Push, to see the average CTR.
Find unsubscribe rates
- Go to Dashboards in the control panel.
- Set the date range filter to your reporting period.
- Look at the unsubscribe metrics to find the total number of unsubscribes and the unsubscribe rate percentage.
