Filtering message history
The message history list shows marketing campaigns and API messages together. API messages often show zero sends if no devices meet your criteria. You can separate these items with filters.
- Open the statistics page and click Advanced Filters.
- Set the Source filter to Control Panel. You can also select Customer Journey if you used that tool.
These filters hide API traffic and show campaigns sent from the Control Panel.
