To send to a list of users, import the list as a segment and target that segment. CSV upload is available both under Audience > Segments and directly in the audience step of the send form.
Send a notification to a CSV list
- Go to Audience and select Segments.
- Click Create Segment and choose Import segment.
- Upload your CSV file. It must be under 100 MB and contain a column with User IDs or HWIDs already registered in this project; identifiers that are not registered are skipped.
- Enter a Segment name, pick the column under CSV column with identifiers, choose User ID or Hardware ID under System identifier, and click Import.
- Open the Send Push menu.
- Under Audience, select Send to segment and pick the segment you created.
The audience step of the send form has its own Import segment option too, so you can upload the file there instead of creating the segment up front.
