This issue, which can include lost changes, broken connectors between elements, or newly added blocks not appearing for all users, typically occurs when a single Customer Journey is open for editing by multiple users at the same time.
Our platform's journey editor uses an automatic saving mechanism. If multiple users (or the same user in different browser tabs) have a journey open simultaneously, the system may overwrite changes. The last set of changes sent to the server will be saved, which can cause edits from another user's session to be lost.
To prevent these editing conflicts and potential data loss, please follow this best practice:
Ensure that only one user has a specific Customer Journey open for editing at any given time.
Before you start editing a journey, coordinate with your team to confirm that no one else is currently working on it. This will ensure that all your changes are saved correctly and are accurately reflected for all team members.
