You can view the precise delivery times for any message in a Customer Journey by accessing its detailed statistics. This is useful for confirming when messages were sent, especially if you have features like Silent Hours enabled.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Customer Journey you wish to inspect.
- Double-click on the specific message element (e.g., Send Push) for which you want to see the statistics.
- In the settings panel that opens on the right, click on Detailed statistics.
- Use the Date range filter at the top of the statistics view to select the time period you are interested in.
- Review the SENT graph. This chart shows the number of messages sent over time. You can hover your mouse over the graph points to see the exact number of messages sent at specific timestamps.
The timestamps shown in the graph reflect the actual time of delivery and are displayed in your account's configured timezone.
