The "Send Date" is the timestamp that indicates when our system successfully submitted your push notifications to the respective platform gateways, such as Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) or Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
This timestamp marks the completion of the sending process from our side. It is not the time when the sending process began, but rather the moment the handoff to the platform gateways was finished.
