You can download a list of devices that failed to receive a message from any running campaign. The campaign must be active for this export to work. You cannot download these lists if the campaign is paused.
- Open the active campaign or journey.
- Click the Push Send node twice to open it.
- Click Detailed Statistics.
- Review the breakdown of specific errors.
- Click on an error type and select the download option to get the list of affected devices.
