You can get a complete list of all active devices registered in your application by creating a segment that includes all users and then exporting it to a CSV file.
Here are the steps:
- In your Pushwoosh Control Panel, navigate to Audience → Segments.
- Click the option to create a new segment (e.g., Build segment).
- Select Add filter by → Tag.
- Choose the
First Installtag and set its condition toany. This condition will match all users who have installed your app. - Save the segment.
- From the list of segments, find the one you just created, click the three-dots menu next to it, and select Refresh and Export to CSV.
The exported CSV file will contain a list of all active devices and their associated data.
Please note: Segments only include active devices, which are devices with a valid push token that are available for messaging. Devices that have been inactive for 90 days are automatically removed from the system and will not be included in the export.
