To send push notifications from a Customer Journey at specific times (e.g., 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM) in each user's local timezone, you should use the Delay element. The Best Time to Send (BTTS) option is not suitable for this, as it sends messages at an individually calculated time for each user, not a fixed time.
Here is the recommended approach:
- In your Send Push element, make sure the Best Time to Send option is turned off.
- Before each Send Push element in your journey, add a Delay element.
- Configure the Delay element:
- Select the Date option.
- Check the box for Wait till specific time.
- Enter the desired time (e.g.,
10:00) for the message to be sent.
