No. Push Presets store content only — message text and title, platforms, custom data, the on-click action and root params. There is no audience or segment field on a preset, and the old workaround of saving a preset from the send form no longer exists.
The one-time push form explicitly does not persist presets: content you create there is intentionally kept out of the Push presets list so it stays uncluttered. To reuse content you must create the preset up front.
How to work with reusable content and a fixed audience
- Create the content once in Content → Push Presets (click Create content). Give it a clear name; each preset also gets a preset code you can reference from the API.
- Save the audience separately as a named segment in Audience → Segments.
- To send, go to Campaigns → One-time messages and click Send message → One-time push. Pick your preset from the content dropdown, then in the audience step choose Send to segment and select your saved segment.
If you need the pairing to be permanent
Build a Customer Journey instead: an Audience-based entry pinned to your segment, followed by a push element using your preset. The journey stores content and audience together, can be cloned, and can be re-run on a schedule.
