The "Account is suspended" message means Pushwoosh has put your account on hold: messages are not sent and no data is gathered while the account stays in this state.
There are two variants of it, and they are resolved differently.
"Your account is suspended" - a subscription or payment problem, usually:
- an expired subscription;
- a failed recurring payment (for example an expired card or insufficient funds).
Go to My account → Billing, check the Overview and Invoices tabs for the outstanding invoice, and make sure a valid default card is in place on the Payment methods tab. As soon as the payment goes through, the suspension is lifted automatically and your plan continues.
"Your account is manually suspended" - the account was put on hold by Pushwoosh, not by the billing system. This one is not lifted automatically, even if you pay. Contact support to unlock the account or to find out why it was suspended.
If you have settled the invoice and the message is still shown after a few minutes, contact support with the invoice date and amount.
