If a payment failed because of insufficient funds, add or replace the card that Pushwoosh charges:
- Log in to the Pushwoosh Control Panel and go to My account → Billing.
- Open the Payment methods tab to see your saved cards and which one is the default.
- Click Add method and choose Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. For a card, enter the card number, expiration date, cardholder name and CVV/CVC, then click Save. For PayPal, finish the authorization in the window that opens.
- Make the working method the default one, then remove the failing card if you no longer need it: three-dot menu next to it → Remove method. Note that saved cards cannot be edited in place — if the card expired or was reissued, add it again as a new method.
- Check Overview (plan, estimated charges, payment information, usage) and the Invoices tab, where each row shows the billing period, amount and payment status, to confirm the outstanding invoice is settled.
Once a funded payment method is in place, your subscription continues without interruption. If the invoice still shows as unpaid after you update the method, contact support and include the invoice date and amount.
