If your journey or campaign shows an error such as "no configured platforms" and you need to restart it, you have a couple of options:
- Resume the Campaign: You can often simply resume the existing campaign. This will continue the journey with its existing statistics.
- Clone the Campaign for a Fresh Start: If you want to restart the journey with fresh statistics (without carrying over data from previous runs), it's best to:
- Stop the problematic campaign permanently.
- Clone the campaign. This creates a new copy that you can then start.
