You have two options for restarting a paused push notification journey:
- Resume the existing journey: You can simply resume the campaign. This is suitable if you want to continue tracking statistics within the same campaign.
- Clone the journey: If you prefer to start with fresh statistics and not have the previous data affect the new performance metrics, you should:
- Stop the original journey permanently.
- Clone the journey.
- Launch the cloned journey as a new campaign.
Choose the option that best suits your tracking and reporting needs.
