While you cannot directly export a list of users who dropped off specifically due to an error at a step, you can export lists of users based on their progression through the journey elements:
Export Users Who Passed Through an Element:
- Navigate to your active Customer Journey.
- Double-click on the element from which you want to export users (i.e., users who successfully completed this step).
- In the statistics panel that appears, click the 'Export users' button.
- This will generate a CSV file containing the
UserIDs of the users who passed through that specific element.
Export Users Who Dropped Off (General):
- Double-click on the element where the drop-offs are occurring.
- Click the 'Export users' button associated with the 'Drop-offs' count.
- This exports the
UserIDs of all users who exited the journey at this element, regardless of the specific drop-off reason (which could include errors, completing a goal, or other reasons depending on the element type).
You can use these exported UserID lists to create Segments for further analysis, targeting, or troubleshooting.
