To manage the delivery speed of your push notifications, especially for large audiences, you can use the Message Rate Limits feature. This allows you to specify how many messages are sent per minute.
- This feature is available within Customer Journeys.
- Configure it within the Audience-based entry element when setting up your Journey.
Note: Message Rate Limiting is currently not available for standard one-time push messages sent directly from the Control Panel or via the API outside of a Customer Journey.
