The Message History export now includes both unique and total counts, and two column names were reused for the totals:

So Total opened and Total clicked now count repeated events. If you process the CSV automatically, switch your scripts to the unique columns where you need unique users.
The export also has Total delivered unique, Total delivered (including retries and repeated deliveries), and Total unsubscribed. Click metrics require link tracking.
To export, click Export on the Message History page, select the fields, and use the Download CSV link from the notification. One file covers up to 31 days and the first 1,000,000 rows, and only messages matching your current filters.
