The Interactions card on a web campaign's statistics page counts the times visitors clicked links and buttons in the campaign content. It's shown for every campaign, with no percentage, and isn't a funnel step.
What counts as an interaction:
- A click on any link or button inside the content, including choice and rating buttons.
- Every click: a visitor who clicks twice is counted twice.
What doesn't count:
- A click on the ✕ that closes the campaign.
- The Submit button of a web form. Submissions have their own Submits step. The Interactions column in the campaign list adds submissions to clicks, so for a form it can be higher than the card.
Clicks are recorded only on sites with Pushwoosh WebSDK 3.103.0 or later. Clicks made before that aren't counted, so an older campaign can show 0 for that time. If your campaign shows no interactions, ask your developers to update the Web SDK on your site.
To open the statistics, go to Campaigns → Web campaigns and click the campaign name, or open the three-dot menu on its row and choose View statistics.
