Set a Campaign name in the Confirm sending dialog when you send or schedule the message. In Campaigns → One-time messages, the Content column then uses the campaign name as the row's bold title, with the message's own title, subject line, template, or preset name on the grey line below.
To find the message later, type the campaign name, or part of it, in the search bar.
To set or change the name of a message that's still Scheduled:
- Open the actions menu (⋮) for the message.
- Click Rename and edit the campaign name. The limit is 255 characters.
- To remove the name, clear the field and save. The row reverts to its previous default title.
Rename is also available in the actions menu next to Message code and Export stats on the Message stats page of a scheduled message. Once a name is set, the page title shows it, for example Message stats: Flash_Sale_Push.
The Campaign name is also a column you can include when you export Message History to CSV.
