Open Project overview and go to the Conversions tab. It shows which one-time messages, journeys, and in-apps led users to a conversion, such as a purchase, and how much revenue they brought in the selected period.
Set it up first. Until you choose at least one conversion event besides PW_Conversion, the tab shows a banner. Click Set up events to choose them; change the list later with the Conversion events (gear) icon.
Filters:
- Event: the conversion event to report on.
- Attribution: the window (1, 3, 7, or 30 days, 3 by default) and the contact type. Each conversion goes to one campaign, the last one the user interacted with inside the window. Click counts the last message opened or clicked; Sent counts the last message sent.
- Channel: Push, Email, Inbox, In-app, SMS, or WhatsApp. SMS works only with Sent, and In-app only with Click.
- Campaign type: one-time messages or journeys.
What you see: the Conversions, Unique users, Revenue, and Attribution share tiles, and a table of every campaign with at least one attributed conversion. When conversions carry more than one currency, a Revenue strip lists each currency separately, with no exchange-rate conversion. Click a journey row to see its breakdown by point.
If you see No conversions attributed to campaigns, users converted but not after your messages; click Change attribution to try a longer window.
