Yes. Add two attributes, __amount and __currency, to any event you send. The first time such an event arrives, Pushwoosh adds it to your conversion events with revenue tracking already on. You don't need to configure anything in the Control Panel.
Revenue in Pushwoosh is recorded as the built-in PW_Conversion event. There are three ways to get it:
- Send
PW_Conversiondirectly from your app or backend after a purchase, withvalueandcurrency(ISO 4217). - Track revenue for an existing event in the Control Panel: in Audience > Events, point Pushwoosh at the price and currency attributes of a purchase event you already send.
- Send
__amountand__currencyattributes on any event, as described above.
Recorded revenue is used on the Conversions tab of Project overview, in RFM segmentation, Customer Journey conversion goals, and dashboards.
Things to know:
- Use only one path per transaction. If two paths fire for the same purchase, Pushwoosh records two separate
PW_Conversionevents and doesn't merge them, even with the sametransaction_id. - Refunds and cancellations aren't supported: once recorded, a transaction stays in your revenue totals.
