You can export a complete list of your application's users by creating a segment that includes all of them and then exporting it as a CSV file.
Here are the steps:
- In your Pushwoosh Control Panel, navigate to Audience → Segments.
- Click to create a new segment.
- Select Add filter by → Tag.
- For the Tag, choose
First Installand set its condition toany. This specific tag is automatically assigned to every user who installs your application, ensuring the segment includes everyone. - Save the segment.
- In the list of segments, find the one you just created. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it and select Refresh and Export to CSV.
After this, the system will begin generating a CSV file containing all active devices and their data. Once ready, the file will be available for download.
