If you have set a color for a hyperlink in your email template but it still appears as the default blue in test emails, it's likely that the color style was not correctly applied to the link's text.
Many email clients have a default style for links (usually blue and underlined) that can override your template's settings unless the color is explicitly set on the text itself.
To fix this, please follow these steps:
- Open your email template in the editor.
- Highlight the full text of the hyperlink you wish to modify.
- Using the text editor's toolbar, locate the text color setting.
- Select your desired color from the color palette to apply it directly to the highlighted text.
- Save the changes to your template.
After saving, send a test email to yourself to confirm that the link now appears in the correct color in an actual email client.
