The system checks every email address in your file before adding it to your list. Several factors cause an address to fail this check.
Temporary email services
The system blocks addresses from known disposable email providers. These domains allow users to create short-term mailboxes that disappear after a few hours or days. Sending to these addresses causes high bounce rates and hurts your sender reputation.
Domain misspellings
Validation fails if an address has a typo in a common provider name. For example, the system will reject addresses ending in @gmai.com or @outlok.com.
Previous bounce history
Addresses go on a blocklist if they resulted in hard bounces in the past. If you try to import an address that previously failed to receive mail, the system skips it automatically to prevent further delivery issues.
