The SMS preset editor shows the length of your message while you type, so you can see how many parts it will be sent in.
- Regular SMS: below the Message field, the editor shows the character and segment count.
- News Feeds: below the message fields, the editor shows an estimated character and segment count once at least one article matches the feed rule.
- Preview: the preview panel on the right shows the message as an SMS bubble with its segment count, and updates as you edit.
To add a short tracked link:
- Paste the URL into Shorten a link.
- Click Shorten & insert. The shortened link is inserted into the message.
To skip shortening and tracking, paste the URL straight into the Message field instead.
For Product Recommendations and News Feeds presets, you can also check Trim product title to or Trim article title to a fixed character count to keep the message inside SMS length limits.
To create a preset, go to Content > Messenger presets, open the SMS tab, and click Create SMS content.
