How do I connect Viber to Pushwoosh?

Connect your Viber account with your Rakuten Viber authentication token. You need a Pushwoosh project where you want to enable Viber and the auth token from Rakuten Viber.

Go to Settings → Configure platforms.
Scroll down the list of platforms to Viber and click Connect.
In the Viber notifications dialog, enter your AUTH TOKEN from Rakuten Viber.
Click Apply to save the configuration, or Cancel to discard changes.

After setup, you can send Viber messages to users as part of your omnichannel campaigns in Customer Journeys.
