Use Brand book. It stores your logo, colors, fonts, block defaults, and brand voice, so you don't style each email or in-app template from scratch. Pushwoosh keeps one Brand book per application.
Open it from any of these places (they all open the same Brand book):
- Content → Email Content: click Brand book in the header.
- The email Drag & drop editor: ⋮ menu → Brand book, or the Brand book button at the bottom of the Blocks or Settings tab.
- The built-in in-app editor: ⋮ menu → Brand book.
You don't have to fill it in by hand:
- Build from your website: enter your domain and click Scan site to fill the palette, fonts, and, when the site provides them, the logo and Brand voice.
- Derive brand: click Attach files, attach one file (an image, a brand-book PDF, or a web or text file), and click Derive brand.
- Suggestion from your email history: once your app has sent enough emails, Pushwoosh offers a brand kit built from them. Click Save to Brand book or Review & edit.
Click Save brand to store it. If you opened Brand book from a template, click Apply to repaint its colors, fonts, and block defaults. The content itself isn't changed.
Saving Brand book doesn't update templates you already created. Open each one and use ⋮ → Apply brand book styles. Reset custom styles removes style overrides so the template follows the Brand book again.
