Both editors have Export and Import buttons, so you can move language versions as a file instead of retyping each locale.
Email (Drag & drop editor)
- Click Export in the language bar, choose languages under Languages (any language, not only ones in the email), and click Download CSV. The CSV has one row per text and one column per language code.
- Click Import and choose a
.csvor.jsonfile. A CSV needs atextcolumn with the default-language copy plus one column per language code. JSON uses{"de": {"source text": "translation"}}. - Rows match texts by their default-language wording; unmatched rows are skipped and listed before you confirm.
Push presets
- Open the preset and click Export next to the language selector to download title, subtitle, and message for every language as a CSV.
- Click Import and choose a
.csvor.jsonfile. A CSV needs alanguagecolumn; title, subtitle, and message are optional. Import covers only text, not images, buttons, or links.
In both cases, a language new to the content is added automatically, and an overwrite checkbox (Overwrite translations that are already filled for email, Overwrite languages that already have text for push) decides whether existing translations are replaced. Leave it unchecked to fill in only what's missing.
