How do I include the latest articles from my news feed in an email or SMS?

Register your feed on the News feeds page first (Add feed). Then:

Email (News block):

1. Add a News block in the Drag & drop editor.
2. Under Source, choose Live feed.
3. Choose a Registered feed (or All feeds of the application), an optional Category filter, and how many Articles to show (1–12).

Articles are fetched when the email is sent, limited to articles published in the last 30 days. If the feed is missing, empty, or unreachable, the send doesn't fail: the card grid is hidden for that recipient. Live feed needs Content Templates on your plan. Picked copies articles into the email once instead.

SMS (News Feeds preset):

1. Create an SMS preset of the News Feeds type and insert Title, Summary, Category, Author, or Link into the message.
2. In Content source, set Feed, Rubric, and Articles (up to 3 per message).
3. Set Ranking to Newest or Trending (articles with the most recent site opens and email clicks; falls back to Newest when there isn't enough activity).
4. Under If the feed returns nothing, choose Do not send to this recipient or Send this text instead.
