Open your domain's settings. If something needs attention, a banner above the DNS records says what's wrong:
| Banner | What to do |
|---|---|
| Some required DNS records are missing or wrong | Check the note under each record for the specific fix. |
| DNS records are in place | Nothing. Pushwoosh is confirming the records with the mail provider; this usually takes up to 30 minutes. |
| Verification stopped before the records were added | Your records are correct, but the earlier attempt expired. Click Restart verification in the banner. SPF and DMARC records stay as they are, and DKIM usually stays the same too; check the DKIM records after restarting in case they changed. |
| This domain does not exist in DNS | Check the spelling, or register the domain first. |
If the banner names a DNS provider ("DNS for this domain is managed at ..."), add the records there rather than at your domain registrar.
The buttons above the record list help too:
- Verify DNS records: refresh the status after you add or change records.
- Send test email: check that sending works once the domain is configured.
- Copy instructions / Email to your IT team: share all required records with whoever manages your DNS.
