How do I add an image and a button to a Viber message in a journey?

Images and buttons are available on Freeform content in the Viber journey element, whether you type it from scratch or load it from a Promo template.

Image: enter a public http:// or https:// image URL, or click the attachment icon and choose a JPG or PNG from your media library (up to 10 MB). Viber shows the image as a square, so a square image won't be cropped.
Button text: up to 30 characters. The button needs message text and a button link; it can't appear on its own.
Button link: an http:// or https:// URL, a viber:// deep link, or an Omni token such as {lp-100}.

Things to know:

Switching to a Transactional template clears the image and button.
Freeform content doesn't need template approval but is billed at the Promotional rate.
For a typed image URL, Pushwoosh checks only that it's a valid URL, not the file format or size.
To show several offers, use a carousel promo template from Omni Messaging (2 to 5 cards). A carousel replaces the single image and button.
