You can use Amazon SNS as your SMS provider. To set this up, send a request to our support team with your AWS account details.
Include these items in your request:
- Access Key ID
- Secret Access Key (the IAM user needs sns:Publish permissions)
- AWS Region (for example, us-east-1)
- Sender ID or Origination Number
If you send messages to the US or Canada, you must have a 10DLC, Short Code, or Toll-Free number. Amazon requires you to rent this number in your Pinpoint or SNS console and complete 10DLC registration before you start. Local carriers block messages that do not meet these registration requirements.
