Yes, it is possible to use the same WhatsApp number in several different Pushwoosh projects, for example if you maintain separate projects for your development, QA, and production environments.
Important: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform ties a phone number's webhook subscription (inbound messages, delivery and read receipts) to a single active app connection at a time. Connecting the same number to a second Pushwoosh project can cause that project to take over delivery notifications from the first, so only one project should be actively sending/receiving on that number in production at any given moment. This works well for a controlled handover (e.g. moving from dev to production) but is not recommended for two projects using the number side by side.
When using one number for multiple projects, we recommend using segmentation to ensure you are targeting the correct user base for each specific project.
