You can delete an application (also called a project) directly from your Pushwoosh Control Panel.
Important: Deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone. The project is removed from your account and its entire user base is removed with it.
We recommend exporting your subscriber list before deletion if you want to keep a backup of your user data.
To delete your project
- Open the project you want to delete in your Control Panel.
- Go to the Settings section and open the Configure platforms page.
- Open the three-dot menu at the top right of the page, next to Edit project.
- Select Delete project and confirm.
What happens after deletion?
- On Pushwoosh: the project and all its subscriber data are permanently removed from the platform.
- For your end users: the app stays installed on their devices, but you can no longer send them messages through Pushwoosh for the deleted project.
