To change the primary owner of your organization's Pushwoosh account:
- Identify the email address currently associated with the main account owner role.
- Identify the email address of the user within your organization who should take over as the new main account owner.
- Contact Pushwoosh support with a formal request to transfer ownership. Include both the current owner's email and the new owner's email in your request.
- Pushwoosh support will verify the request and perform the necessary changes on the backend to update the account ownership. You will be notified once the transfer is complete.
Note: Only Pushwoosh support can perform the final transfer of the main account owner role.
