Pushwoosh uses a transparent pay-as-you-go pricing model. Here's how it works:
- Primary Cost Driver: Your number of Monthly Active Users (MAU). For billing, a user counts toward MAU if they received a message on any channel during the month; users are deduplicated by User ID and counted even if they have no push token. For the Email only plan, the driver is monthly unique email recipients.
-
Plans and rates:
- Omnichannel — $13 per 1,000 MAU. Includes every channel: mobile push, in-app, web push, email, SMS, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Telegram, LINE.
- Push only — $7 per 1,000 MAU. Includes mobile push, in-app and web push. Limited offer available until December 31, with the price locked for 24 months.
- Email only — $5 per 1,000 monthly unique recipients, for teams that need email alone.
- Free tier — your subscription costs nothing while your project stays within 1,000 MAU. The free tier includes full access to all features, 5 AI requests per day, 20,000 email sends per month, and unlimited push and in-app messages. There is no fixed-length trial to expire.
- Custom plan — once your estimated cost exceeds $3,000/month, Pushwoosh offers a custom plan with volume discounts, SLA guarantees, dedicated support and commercial agreements (MSA, DPA), plus options such as SSO and dedicated private cloud.
- Emails: every MAU includes 20 email sends per month (for example, 10,000 MAU = 200,000 emails included). Extra sends cost $1.50 per 1,000 emails.
- Push and in-app: always unlimited at no extra cost.
- SMS and messengers: billed by the third-party providers at their own rates — Pushwoosh does not add a fixed connector fee for these.
- WhatsApp: on Omnichannel, WhatsApp is covered by your MAU. If you use WhatsApp only, billing is based on WhatsApp MAU (unique users contacted in the period). Meta's own fees are billed separately by Meta.
- Included features: there is no feature gating — all platform features are included in every plan, including the free tier — segmentation and tags, personalization, Customer Journey, A/B/n testing, full API access, advanced analytics, and ManyMoney AI.
- Data retention: retention depends on the data type rather than a single figure. Communication metrics are kept for 1 year at hourly granularity and indefinitely at daily aggregation; audience metrics 2 years; event and tag metrics 1 year; finance metrics 5 years. See Dashboard metrics and data retention.
- Current numbers and a custom quote: rates change, so always confirm against the live pricing page, or contact Sales for a tailored plan or demo.
