While the system doesn't currently provide a dedicated section for viewing statistics for each individual geozone directly, you can effectively track this data by using the Aggregated Messages feature. This method involves associating each geozone with a unique campaign, allowing you to view statistics per geozone.
Follow these steps to set this up:
Create Campaigns for Geozones:
- Navigate to Statistics → Aggregated Messages in your control panel.
- For each geozone you wish to track, click on Create Aggregation (or a similar button to create a new campaign).
- Name each aggregation clearly so it corresponds with its geozone (e.g., "Downtown Area Geofence Stats," "Shopping Mall Geofence Campaign").
Assign Campaigns to Geozones:
- Go to the Geozones section of your control panel.
- For each geozone for which you created an aggregation in step 1:
- Select the option to Edit that geozone.
- Within the geozone's settings, look for an option to assign a campaign. This might be a dropdown menu labeled "Campaign," "Aggregation ID," or similar.
- From this menu, select the corresponding campaign (aggregation) you created for this specific geozone.
- Save the changes to the geozone settings.
View Statistics:
- Once this configuration is saved, all future push notifications triggered by these geozones will be automatically logged under their assigned campaigns.
- To view the statistics (such as delivery numbers, open rates, and other engagement metrics), return to Statistics → Aggregated Messages. Here, you will find the data organized by the campaigns you created, effectively providing you with statistics for each geozone.
This setup allows you to monitor the performance and reach of push notifications for each specific geographic area you have defined.
