Can I transfer my current user tokens from another service to Pushwoosh?
Answer:
Sure you can! Just send the device tokens list in any convenient format (preferably, in the .csv format) to help@pushwoosh.com or through the "Submit a request" form in the Help Center, and we will import them into the database.
Additionally, you can specify any associated Tag values in this list in case you would like to import them as well. Please do not forget to create those Tags in your Control Panel before sending the list to import.
Moreover, we do have an automatic migration tool in case you would like to migrate from Urban Airship! The tool can be found in your Pushwoosh Account > Subscribers section > "Migrate your userbase" button:
