How do I upload an image once and reuse it in different messages?

Store it in Media storage, your project's image library. Go to Content > Media storage and drag images onto the upload area or click it to pick files. You can upload up to 5 images at once in JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. Adding or deleting images requires the Modify applications permission.

There are two ways to reuse an image:

• Pick it in the editor. Image fields in push and web push content (Banner URL, Icon, Stories, inbox images), SMS presets (MMS attachments), native in-apps, Wallet passes, and other editors open a picker with the library.
• Copy its URL. Hover over the image and click Select (the checkmark icon), then paste the URL into an image block or an HTML src attribute.

When the same image needs different proportions, create a crop:

1. Hover over the image and click Create crops.
2. Choose an Aspect ratio, for example 2:1 for an Android big picture banner.
3. Move the frame over the part you want to keep and set the Size.
4. Click Create crop.

The crop is saved next to the original. To copy its URL, click Select on the tile and choose the crop from the menu.

Deleting an original also removes all of its crops and can't be undone. Content that uses the deleted URL stops showing the image.
