How do I add a countdown timer, rating, or topic picker to a web popup?

Open your web content, go to the Elements tab on the right, and click the block. Its options open in the Settings tab. Countdown, Topic picker, and Rating are available only in web content, not in web forms.

• Countdown: set the Deadline and Time zone. Under When the deadline passes, choose Show zeros, Do not show the popup, or Go to page (multi-page popups).
• Rating: set Scale (NPS 0–10, Stars, or Thumbs) and When the score is sent, then pick the event in Event the score is sent as. The score is stored as that event, so you can use it in segments and journeys. Until you pick an event, nothing is sent.
• Topic picker: pick a List-type tag in List tag the choice is written to, choose Checkboxes or Chips, and set up to 12 options with their Tag value. Picks are only added to the tag; a visitor can't remove an earlier pick from the popup.
• Icon: a small pictogram from a fixed set of 20 icons, 24, 32, or 48 px. Custom uploads aren't supported.
