Why is "Connect & sync" disabled when I connect a product feed?

A product feed can't be connected to Product Catalog until it passes a check. To connect a feed:

1. Go to Content → Product Catalog and click Connect feed.
2. Enter your feed URL in Feed URL.
3. Click Check feed. Pushwoosh reads the URL without importing anything and reports what it found.
4. Once the check finds products, click Connect & sync.

Editing the URL clears a previous check, so check the new URL again before connecting.

The check reports one of:

• Count and preview: a product count with up to three product titles and prices, for example "8 products read, 1 skipped."
• Lower-bound count: only the first page of a paginated feed is read, for example "more than 250 products read". Connecting still imports every page.
• Empty feed: the URL answers, but nothing parses to a product (for example a password-protected or empty store, or the wrong export). Fix the URL or feed and check again; such a feed can't be connected.
• Read error: the URL is unreachable, requires a login, or doesn't return valid feed data.

Supported formats are JSON, Google Merchant XML, and YML. Once connected, the feed syncs automatically every hour, and you can click Sync now at any time.
