Yes, but you cannot change the tag type directly in the control panel.
Why you cannot change this in the control panel
Standard tags and user-specific tags live in different parts of the database:
* Standard tags are stored at the device level.
* User-specific tags are stored at the user profile level.
Changing a tag type in the control panel would break the connection to your existing device-level data, which makes that data invisible to the system.
How to convert your tags safely
Our support team must run a manual backend migration to move your data. To start this process, open a support ticket and provide:
* The exact names of the tags you want to convert.
* A preferred two-hour window for the migration.
Do not send campaigns or run segmentations using these tags during this window, as the database will be updating.
