If a push notification's status remains "Waiting" after its scheduled time, it is likely because you have used the "Local Timezone" delivery option.
This feature schedules the push to be delivered to each user at the specified time in their own local timezone.
The system sends the notifications progressively as the scheduled time arrives in each timezone around the world. The overall campaign status will remain "Waiting" until the push has been sent to users in the final timezone.
Once all timezones have been reached, the status will change to "Done". Your notifications are being delivered as intended.
